- Soft opening (Friday Saturday Sunday) in rooms A & B
- A – Wisconsin made items and consumables
- B – Giftware, antiques, arts & craft and marketplace.
- Place vendors in booth and shelf spaces
Prices vary by location and range from $20 to $150/month
- Begin sourcing & placing “Wisconsin made” items
- Start renovations in cloak rooms, hallway and dining room sections G, L, and E (Phase 2)
- Search for restaurateur for kitchen and bar areas D and C
| PHASE 2 – Completed 7-25-2019 |
- Complete renovations to areas G, L and E
- Expand vendors into cloak rooms and dining area
- Open fulltime in rooms A, B, L, G, and E
- Continue to:
- Place vendors in booth and shelf spaces
- Search for restaurateur for kitchen and bar areas D and C if not yet found

- Open The Cheese Haus with Wisconsin-made food and consumable items.
